We assisted and advised our client on environmental requirements and current regulations to complete closure and receive a Response Action Outcome (RAO) for a 10,000-gallon underground storage tank (No. 2 Fuel Oil) based on activities and tasks performed under previous NJDEP regulations. Provided preliminary site investigation services in support of obtaining a Response Action Outcome for a childcare center licensing application with New Jersey Division of Children and Families.
We conducted Environmental Assessments, site Investigative activities and Report, assisted the Client with respect to childcare center and daycare licensing requirements from various agencies, Department of Children and Families, Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Department of Community Affairs (DCA), Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Education (DOE), as well as final closure for previously removed underground storage tank (UST) system.
