CP assisted and advised our client/plaintiff on environmental management and legal aspects related to improper importation of approximately 4,880 cubic yards of soil materials from donor sites. We reviewed and prepared initial limited project summary memorandum; advise on NJDEP regulations, guidance, and standards of care within the industry. We prepared certified statements and conclusions regarding assessment of prior work by others. Advised, provided oversite, and reviewed environmental investigation activities.
