Our firm was retained by Cedar Grove Township to develop an asset management plan for their water utility. We utilized the Township’s existing data to the greatest extent possible, including SCADA system, maintenance history, and Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping, for analysis in an asset management software package. The software was used to analyze the data and develop maintenance and budget plans. The asset management plan was designed to comply with the requirements of the Water Quality Accountability Act.
