Created mechanical room and penthouse field reports of mechanical levels of the 31-story PENN 2 Manhattan tower renovation, under Turner Construction and Vornado Realty.
Project included a six story TI utilizing existing core and shell water cooled condensing units featuring VRF technology and tied into Santana Row main condenser water loop. The tenant improvements consisted of 40 VRF fan coils per floor and controlled via BacNET interface and building BMS system. Water source heat pumps were used in each IDF and electrical room per floor and tied into central BMS system for control and monitoring. Project Size: 320,000 SF
