Southeast Morris County MUA - Picatinny Tank No.1 RehabilitationThe Authority selected CP Engineers (CPE) to provide construction administration and NACE certified observation services for the contract to rehabilitate a 3 million gallon water storage tank. During the construction, CPE discovered structural deficiencies in the tank. CPE was engaged to design structural repairs and to provide construction administration and observation services on a separate structural repair contract.

Southeast Morris County MUA – Morris Plains Well HouseCP Engineers is designing a new Well House for the Southeast Morris County which will house two new wells. CPE is evaluating options for either a vertical turbine or submersible pump. The facility will include 30 days’ storage for three (3) chemicals (sodium hypochlorite, a pH adjuster, and a corrosion inhibitor). The design also includes a surveillance system and a comprehensive SCADA system which will integrate with the Authority’s existing SCADA system. The design also includes full standby power.

Sparta Township Water Utility - Highlands Well No. 2 UpgradeThe Township of Sparta retained CP Engineers to provide permitting and design services for the rehabilitation of their Highlands Well No. 2. Services included an engineering evaluation of the existing well and recommendations for upgrades, regulatory review and permitting, and the design of facility upgrades.

West Milford Township MUA - Highview Acres Water Storage Tank RehabilitationCP Engineers provided planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction phase services for the structural repair and rehabilitation of the MUA’s Highview Acres Water System Storage Tank. CPE provides NACE Certified inspection services for quality assurance during the preparation and recoating of the water storage tanks.

Sussex County – Homestead Water System UpgradeCP Engineers provided planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction phase services for the upgrade of the existing water system at the County of Sussex – Homestead Facility. The project provided for a new groundwater supply well and construction of a new well house to serve the County’s 100 bed Homestead Nursing Home facility.
