We assisted and advised our client on property redevelopment for a mixed-use site with both a 4-story apartment complex and retail space while performing site engineering, construction administration and environmental services. We prepared a site survey, performed base mapping and prepared various Conceptual Plans in order to develop Preliminary and Final Site Plans. Prepared the design of site grading, pavement, sanitary sewers, water distribution, and stormwater management systems. Commenced NJDEP Division of Water Quality, Treatment Works Application (TWA) and environmental services in order to assist and advise the client on potential environmental concerns as well as assisting in any environmental issues that come about as the result of demolition and/or construction. Have a teaming relationship with affiliated specialists such as architects, geotechnical engineers, governmental agencies, and contractors to prepare specific materials for project design, design waivers and variance requests.
We worked with local, state, and federal governmental agencies in order to complete the project tasks, and performed initial environmental conditions analysis to determine potential environmental hazards and/or concerns. Addressed environmentally impacted media, provided environmental and construction assessments, along with estimates for a mixed-use Project with site development improvements.
