Our team assisted in assessing fire damage of the existing office facility, truck center, building and site upgrades internally and externally and advised the Client. We performed boundary, topographical base mapping and prepared various Conceptual Site and Building Plans. Assisted Client with procurement of property to obtain and determine the highest property yield to meet economic objectives. Prepared Preliminary and Final Site Plans, including but not limited to, the design of site grading, sanitary sewer extension, water distribution, utilities, pavement and stormwater management systems. Have a teaming relationship with affiliated specialists to prepare specific materials for design waivers/variance requests. Commenced construction management services to prepare construction contract documents, quality assurance inspections, for construction contract administration activities.
We designed various conceptual site plans in order to generate Preliminary and Final Site Plans for submission, worked with local, state, and federal governmental agencies in order to complete the project tasks, and performed initial environmental conditions analysis to determine potential environmental hazards and/or concerns. Addressed environmentally impacted media, provided environmental and construction assessments, along with estimates for a 8,330 sf building expansion and site development improvements.
