Our firm performed a detailed hydrologic and hydraulic drainage study of the watershed draining to the main access road at Picatinny Arsenal. The watershed in this section of Parker Road (Route 15 to 1st Street) drains from the ridgeline east of Parker Road via overland and channelized flow to approximately 20 culvert crossings in the project area. Drainage improvements were designed and implemented to improve stormwater management along this critical access.
