CP is excited to welcome Clifford Wilkinson to our team as a Senior Principal and Senior Project Manager as part of our Water Resources Group.
With almost five decades of expertise in the water resources and engineering industries, Cliff brings a wealth of knowledge in the design and construction of new wastewater facilities, as well as expansion and modifications for the upgrade of existing facilities, to CP. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with experience in project coordination, project scheduling, and quality control/quality assurance for municipal and industrial wastewater projects, including the management of wastewater treatment feasibility studies, design reports, development of detailed design drawings, and preparation of specifications. He is also experienced with construction phase engineering of both large and small wastewater treatment and conveyance facilities and his responsibilities have included oversight of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and AutoCAD design, structural and architectural design, electrical design, instrumentation and control (I&C) system design, and facilities design engineering. He has served in a variety of leadership positions throughout his career and has taught graduate-level courses at the Stevens Institute of Technology and undergraduate-level classes at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
In his role with CP, Cliff will aid and provide guidance to the firm’s Water Resource Group in scoping, managing, and executing complex projects, as well as provide mentorship to the Water Resource Group staff. With his considerable industry background and vast network, he will also assist CP in business development and consult with the Executive Team to augment corporate management.
