Our firm provided the planning, design, permitting and construction administration services for the upgrade of this wastewater treatment facility in order to meet the stringent phosphorus and ammonia effluent limits for discharge into the Pequest River. Additionally, we obtained funding for the project through the N.J. Environmental Infrastructure Funding Program (now known as N.J. Water Bank) which provided low and zero interest loans and we served as the primary interface with NJDEP and N.J. Water Bank on all funding issues for the duration of the project.
