The East Orange Water Commission retained our firm to design the installation of an emergency power system to provide back-up power for the entire White Oak Ridge Pump Station. Equipment included a 2MW 5kV outdoor diesel genset in a sound attenuated enclosure with in-base fuel tank & fuel transfer system from an aboveground fuel tank, 5kV automatic transfer switch/pair, 1000kW 5kV load bank, and related switchgear.
