Our firm was selected to provide construction administration and NACE certified construction observation services for the rehabilitation of a 180,000 gallon ground mounted potable water storage tank with a hemisphere roof. The tank provided flow to a secure area within Picatinny Arsenal and therefore was required to be rehabilitated under an extremely aggressive schedule. We worked closely with AWMS and the contractor to ensure all new OSHA and AWWA standards were fulfilled, identify potential time savings within the confines of the contract and verify the proper coating system application and curing requirements.
