Tony brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in the utility industry, most recently in senior leadership roles with South Jersey Industries and Elizabethtown Gas. His background spans field operations, emergency response, regulatory affairs, enterprise risk management, physical security, capital planning, and utility infrastructure operations.
Throughout his career, Tony has led high-performing teams through major operational transitions, driving initiatives focused on safety, reliability, compliance, customer service, and performance. He’s worked closely with regulators, municipal leaders, executive teams, and boards on complex utility and infrastructure matters.
As Director of Utilities, Tony will help lead the continued growth of CP’s utility practice, expanding our capabilities in program management, construction management, utility coordination, and infrastructure support services. His leadership and industry relationships will strengthen not just our Construction Services Group, but CP as a whole.
