As Executive Vice President and COO of CP Engineers, Steve oversees all engineering services provided by the firm and is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive project quality control and quality assurance program. Steve is passionate about quality and service and has put systems in place to make certain that the firm delivers the highest quality and level of service on every project.
As a licensed Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the civil/environmental engineering field, Steve has managed a diverse portfolio of projects during his career. He has been in charge of major water and wastewater treatment facilities, wastewater collection and conveyance systems, water distribution systems, and solid waste facilities.
Steve has served as Project Manager on a substantial number of complex projects and has played a key role in various stages of the process including planning, design, permitting, financing and contract negotiation, construction management, and startup and testing services. Several of his projects have been praised for their excellence and received prestigious industry awards. Steve’s success comes from extensive experience with an assorted range of projects, meticulousness and accuracy in his work, and sensitivity to client needs.
