Ed Hennessy is Associate Vice President of Human Resources, where he is responsible for recruiting, staff development, and retention. In this capacity, he also oversees the firm’s corporate personnel policies, ensuring they add ongoing value to team members.
Ed began his career in 2009 after receiving his BA in Political Science from Saint Peter’s University. His first foray into Human Resources began with Baseil Associates, Inc., where he spent nearly a decade managing talent acquisition for the business. From there, he moved into a Human Resources Generalist position with Kearfott Corporation before joining CP Engineers in early 2022.
With advanced expertise in HR, recruiting, and talent development, Ed plays a crucial role in driving growth for the business through the people that power it. With a positive leadership style that’s grounded in empowerment, he sets the tone for the employee experience while ensuring a productive and healthy working environment.
