Site Remediation & Ground Water Investigation
Byram Twp. Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Construction
C&P provided project management and regulatory compliance consulting to the Township in regards to the discovery of contaminated soils at the site of pump station construction.
The contaminated soils were removed for disposal, and a complete remedial investigation of soil and ground water was conducted. After the preparation and submittal of a Remedial Action Report (RAR), the Township received a "No Further Action" letter from the NJDEP. The firm then applied to the NJDEP Spill fund, and received a cost recovery award of $36,000 for Byram Township.
Remedial Investigation & Industrial Site (ISRA) Closure
Natex Development Corp, Hamburg, NJ
C&P is currently working to finish a remedial investigation of the former Plastoid Cable Coating site, in Hamburg, NJ. The firm has evaluated historical documents and site investigation reports prepared by other firms, and has obtained NJDEP approval for a final Remedial Investigation Workplan.
