Mr. Cerenzio is the President of Cerenzio & Panaro, P.C., which he co-founded in 1983. In his 40 year engineering career, 26 as a Principal of Cerenzio & Panaro, Mr. Cerenzio has been intimately involved with all phases of the planning, design, financing, construction and operation of numerous wastewater collection and treatment, water supply and solid waste disposal projects. Supplementing his 25 years of consulting experience is his service as the Executive Director of a County Utilities Authority which implemented and operated wastewater treatment and solid waste disposal facilities, as well as previous employment with USEPA. His career experience has provided him with a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the implementation, operation and regulation of environmental facilities.

Mr. Donati has over 20 years of experience in Environmental Engineering, including the planning, design, permitting and construction management of major water and wastewater facilities, water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, pumping stations, chemical facilities and solid waste facilities. He is currently responsible for in-house staff and consultant supervision, quality control, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, securing funding and regulatory interaction related to design and construction projects undertaken by the firm. Mr. Donati oversees all construction services provided by the firm.

Mr. Karakos has over 25 years of experience in Civil and Environmental Engineering, including planning, design, permitting and construction management in the areas of water and wastewater treatment, combined sewer overflow rehabilitation, water distribution systems, solid waste facilities, resource recovery and regional stormwater management projects. In addition, he has prepared numerous regulatory documents and permits.

Mr. Enright has over 25 years of experience in Environmental Engineering consulting, including project evaluation, conceptual design, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, construction supervision, system startup and operation. He has been involved in projects including all facets of wastewater collection, transmission and treatment systems. Mr. Enright has also been involved in the remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater sites.

Mr. Collins’ experience includes over 20 years of project management, consulting, budgeting, municipal services planning, and water and wastewater system upgrades and rehabilitation projects. He has also been responsible for administering several projects through the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust Program and contract administration on numerous water and wastewater projects, including new construction and rehabilitation of pumping stations, force mains and gravity sewers.

Mr. Oliva has over 50 years of experience in sanitary engineering and architecture. He has been responsible for directing and overseeing the full service design of numerous projects. In his experience, Mr. Oliva has been in responsible charge of process design and construction for various significantly sized water and wastewater treatment projects, contributing to their overall planning, design and architectural presentation. Singular projects ranged in cost from $250,000 to over $250,000,000.

Mr. Petrossian’s extensive experience covers a broad range of design and construction projects in the areas of stormwater collection and soil erosion control, solid waste, slurry walls, water supply treatment and distribution and wastewater collection, treatment and disposal. His landfill design experience has included liner systems, leachate collection, treatment and disposal, and operating and closure plans.

He has over 10 years of experience in the planning, design, permitting and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution systems, wastewater collection and conveyance systems and solid waste facilities.

Mr. Mikulka provides project management services, consultation and support on regulatory matters to the firm’s staff and clients, and assists in the administrative management of the firm. Prior to coming to the firm, Mr. Mikulka had over 35 years of experience in the regulatory sector, having held various staff, supervisory and management titles with the NJDEP’s Compliance and Enforcement Programs, where he managed program units of up to 45 employees. He has served on numerous occasions as an expert and fact witness for NJDEP in litigation and regularly represented the agency in contacts with elected officials, print and broadcast media, the regulated community and the public. He has also served as a faculty coordinator and instructor for Rutgers University’s Office of Continuing Professional Education for over 20 years. In addition, Mr. Mikulka has trained hundreds of professionals in Interest Based Negotiation concepts and techniques, and has had many years of practical experience in negotiation, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution.

Mr. Bale has over 35 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems, including 8 years with the Town of Newton Water & Sewer Division, and 22 years with the Sussex County MUA, where he served as Operator and Superintendent. He provides a wide range of services to the firm, including operations consulting, construction inspection, I/I investigation, and assisting in the development of permit renewals and O&M manuals.

In those years Mr. Cerenzio has worked and/or consulted for companies such as Tiffanies Jewelry, Marriot, Maersk, Coldwell Banker, Somerset Medical Center, and many other large companies. Mr. Cerenzio provides a wide range of computer related services for C&P, and many others who successfully depend on him. Cerenzio is also a highly experienced, and acomplished professional photographer/Videographer which fit in comfortably with the web design and desktop publishing services he provides.
